Daewoo Engineering & Construction said on the 9th that it will open the model home for "Upseong Prugio Lake City," which will be built at 478 Upseong-dong, Cheonan, South Chungcheong Province, on the 10th and begin its full sales schedule.
Upseong Prugio Lake City will be developed as a massive large-scale complex with 11 buildings, from 2 basement levels to up to 39 floors above ground, totaling 1,908 households. In this sales round, 1,460 units in Block 1 will be supplied first. The complex is located around Seongseong Lake Park, which is emerging as a signature new residential town representing Cheonan with about 25,000 households. In particular, together with the existing "Cheonan Lake Town Prugio phases 1–3 (3,792 households)" and "Cheonan Prugio Lakeside (1,023 households)," it is expected to form an overwhelming Prugio brand town totaling 6,723 households.
Upseong Prugio Lake City boasts an optimal location that enjoys both a large-scale lake park and a stable educational environment. To the south of the complex lies Seongseong Lake Park, measuring about 528,000㎡, offering a pleasant natural environment. Some units can enjoy a premium lake view.

Buseong Station on Metropolitan Subway Line 1, near the complex, is scheduled to open in 2029. As an extension plan of the Greater Seoul Metropolitan Express Railway (GTX)-C line to Cheonan Station, two stops from Buseong Station, is being pursued, public transit convenience is expected to improve significantly.
The subscription schedule for Upseong Prugio Lake City will proceed with special supply on the 13th of this month, first-priority applications on the 14th, and second-priority applications on the 15th. A flat first down payment of 10 million won reduces the burden on end users. As it is a non-regulated area, there are no resale restrictions, re-winning restrictions or mandatory residency periods.
