Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) said on the 9th that it is starting open recruitment for new employees.
The hiring plan calls for a total of 262 people: 235 at Grade 5 and 27 Grade 6 employees. By job category, 107 will be administrative staff and 155 technical staff.
There are no restrictions on education, age or work experience. However, some Grade 5 technical and administrative fields require a professional engineer–level license, and for Grade 6, the highest level of education must be high school graduation (including expected) to be eligible.
In the document screening stage, only quantitative factors such as language scores and certifications are evaluated. A self-introduction must be submitted only by those who pass the written test.
To help the socially disadvantaged enter the workforce, this recruitment will set the hiring ratio for people with disabilities at twice the statutory requirement (3.8%), and will also expand hiring for those eligible for employment support under the Act on the Honorable Treatment of Persons of Distinguished Service to the State and other laws to 8%, above the statutory requirement (6%).
Applications will be accepted from the 16th to the 23rd, with a written exam on May 17 and interviews in June, after which final candidates will be selected in July and appointed as employment-track interns.
LH will hold an online briefing via a KakaoTalk open chat room for two days starting on the 16th, the first day of document submission, and will also operate a dedicated call center for recruitment to respond to applicants' inquiries. Starting in May, it will additionally conduct hiring for about 180 new Grade 7 (indefinite-term contract) employees.
