GS Engineering & Construction is strengthening its sales marketing strategy that combines artificial intelligence (AI) and digital content.
GS Engineering & Construction said on the 6th that it released promotional videos using Generative AI technology for Changwon Xi The Sky and Asan Tangjeong Xi Metrocity, which are currently on sale.
The promotional videos are characterized by virtually recreating the life and lifestyle that can be enjoyed within the complex after move-in. They are designed to let prospective residents indirectly experience everything from the interior of units to community facilities within the complex from a resident's point of view. The focus is on "customer experience," not simple "information delivery."
A GS Engineering & Construction official said, "By enabling prospective residents to naturally experience what life will look like after move-in, we plan to actively use Generative AI at future Xi sites as well, so that we can help them make rational choices beyond simply checking the space."
Meanwhile, GS Engineering & Construction is expanding the adoption of AI technology not only in sales marketing but also at the design and construction stages, with a policy of simultaneously strengthening productivity and safety through these efforts.
GS Engineering & Construction is introducing various AI systems, including the AI translation system Xi Voice, which helps communicate with foreign workers, and Xi Book, which has learned a vast volume of standard specifications to guide the latest standards.
