The Korea Real Estate Marketing Association (Real Estate Marketing Association) said on the 6th that it successfully held the first "on-demand artificial intelligence (AI) special lecture for member companies" in the conference room at CLK headquarters.
Park Jin-ju, CEO of ChatDaeri, led the special lecture as an instructor from 10 a.m. to noon under the theme "improving PPT work productivity using Claude for real estate sales marketing tasks." Thirty CLK executives and employees, including Chairman Jang Young-ho and CEO Choi Ji-tae, attended.
The lecture covered: ▲ overview of Claude AI and key strengths (MCP, Skills, Cowork) ▲ case studies of location analysis using connectors and automatic calculation of price per pyeong with adjustment rates ▲ automation of PPT generation using Skills ▲ hands-on creation of CLK company-formatted Docs and PPT and installation of external Skills ▲ practical use cases and a question-and-answer session.
In particular, this special lecture featured CLK-tailored exercises. It covered content that can be applied immediately to on-the-job work, including automation of external data collection and analysis using MCP connectors, creating a Skill for automatic generation of CLK-style PPTs, practicing a Skill that automatically calculates price per pyeong by type applying adjustment rates, and building a web crawling environment by installing Docker Desktop and Firecrawl MCP.
This on-demand AI special lecture is an expansion of the "AI Boot Camp Membership" program the association launched last year. Last year, the association invited AI experts in each field, including Jung ho-young, CEO of ZEXEA, to hold a total of 10 online and offline AI capability-building seminars for the vice chair company C&D Planning.
This year, the association advanced the program by shifting to an on-site, "on-demand" format in which member companies directly choose the schedule and topic they want, strengthening a customized training system.
Starting with the chair company CLK, a special lecture for the senior vice chair company is scheduled for next week.
Jang Young-ho, president of the Real Estate Marketing Association, said, "This on-demand AI special lecture at CLK confirmed that AI is taking hold as a practical productivity tool in the real estate marketing field," and added, "The association will continue to expand member company–tailored AI solutions and training to lead the real estate marketing industry's AI transition."
The on-demand AI special lecture is a member company–tailored visiting program with a basic two-hour course. Up to 30 people can participate. For training applications and inquiries, contact the association's secretariat.
