GS Engineering & Construction and SK ecoplant said on the 3rd that they opened the model home for "La Clache Zaid Fine," which is launching the first sale in the Noryangjin New Town in Seoul, and will begin full-fledged sales.
La Clache Zaid Fine is a complex being built with 14 buildings ranging from four floors underground to 28 floors aboveground, totaling 1,499 dwellings, through the Noryangjin 6 redevelopment promotion zone housing redevelopment project at 294-220 Noryangjin-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul. Excluding association and rental allocations, 369 general-sale units of 59–106 square meters of exclusive area will be sold. The general-sale supply by exclusive area is ▲59㎡A 132 units ▲59㎡B 9 units ▲59㎡C 28 units ▲84㎡A 65 units ▲84㎡B 91 units ▲84㎡C 20 units ▲106㎡A 24 units.
On Apr. 13, special supply; on the 14th, first-priority for the applicable area; on the 15th, first-priority for other areas; and on the 16th, second-priority subscriptions, in that order. Winners will be announced on Apr. 22, and the contract period will run for three days from May 4 to 6.
La Clache Zaid Fine is within walking distance of Noryangjin Station on Lines 1 and 9 as well as Jangseungbaegi Station on Line 7, enabling fast, transfer-free access to major business districts such as Yeouido, Seoul Station, Gwanghwamun and Gangnam. The "La Clache Zaid Fine" model home is located at Xai Gallery, 319 Yeongdong-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, and move-in is scheduled for Nov. 2028.
