Apartment information platform Hogangnono released the "popular apartment rankings for the first quarter of 2026." Hogangnono's "popular apartment rankings" are compiled based on the number of unique visitors to apartment complex information pages, and the platform announces overall rankings of complexes nationwide each quarter.
Hogangnono said on the 3rd that the complex with the highest number of unique visitors in the first quarter was "Helio City" in Garak-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul. It drew 160,725 unique visitors. Hogangnono analyzed that "as the end of the grace period for heavier capital gains taxes on multi-homeowners approaches, some low-priced listings were reported as transactions, boosting interest in transaction prices, and, as a result, users' complex views appear to have increased significantly."
No. 2 is "Isu The Summit" in Sadang-dong, Dongjak-gu, Seoul. It had 159,159 views and is being promoted through a local housing association model. Dongjak-gu is a district with a relatively extensive track record of local housing association projects moving into actual commercialization, and expectations around this seem to have been reflected in continued user interest.
No. 3 is "The Sharp Singil Central City" in Singil-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu (159,079 views). After the sales notice on Mar. 20, the local first-priority subscription held on Mar. 31 attracted 7,233 applicants for 227 homes, selling out all housing types. The prime location in southwestern Seoul and the scarcity of new supply combined to produce strong subscription demand, and this momentum appears to have connected to user interest as well.
In addition to the popular apartment rankings, Hogangnono provides information using various indicators such as transaction volume based on actual transaction reports, price increase and decrease rates, and regional interest levels.
