Seoul Housing and Urban Development Corporation (SH) announced on the 2nd the winners of the main subscription for the land-lease presale dwellings at Magok District Complex 17.
Land-lease presale dwellings are a type of housing in which the land is publicly owned and the building is owned by the buyer. About 20,000 people applied, including those who won advance subscriptions, for a total of 381 units, with competition ratios of 70:1 for special supply and 125:1 for general supply.
Among general-supply winners, the highest total paid into subscription savings was 33.1 million won. The cutoff was 27.3 million won for the 59㎡ exclusive-use type and 30.45 million won for the 84㎡ exclusive-use type.
In the special supply, the 59㎡ youth category selected winners by drawing among perfect scorers for both priority and general supply, and winners in the newlywed and newborn categories were also chosen from high score ranges. For the 84㎡ exclusive-use type as well, winners in both the newlywed and newborn categories were decided by drawing among perfect scorers.
SH said it will finalize the list of residents after screening eligibility, including income, asset, and whether applicants own dwellings. Contracts are slated for late June this year, with move-ins planned for late August.
