Commercial real estate platform corporations RealtyPlanet said on the 31st it will recruit talent across all areas to advance its artificial intelligence (AI)-based services. The openings are ▲ AI development ▲ AI engineer ▲ data planning/analysis ▲ real estate operations.
In the AI, data, and platform institutional sector, it will hire AI developers, AI engineers, and data planning/analysis personnel. These hires will push service expansion based on the in-house AI price index (automated valuation model·AVM) and Conversational AI service "PlanetAI," and will be responsible for lead generation and CRM advancement and strengthening data-based customer linkage systems.
In the business institutional sector, it plans to strengthen on-the-ground capabilities by hiring specialists who will handle the transaction and management of commercial and residential real estate, centered on the Capital Markets Division and the Asset Management Division.
RealtyPlanet has expanded its service scope from information provision to operations overall, including transaction, asset management, and marketing, based on nationwide real estate data, platform operation capabilities, and on-site practical expertise.
It is also accelerating the advancement of AI-based services. Early this year, through "PlanetAI," which allows users to check AI price indices and actual transaction data in a conversational format, it introduced a model that combines real estate data with AI analytics. It also plans to sequentially launch "Planet Butler" in the asset management area, "Planet Realtor" in the transaction support area, and "Planet Marketer" in the marketing support area, establishing a service system in which AI, data, platforms, and practical capabilities are organically consolidation.
