Lotte Construction said on the 30th that it opened the cyber model home for "Ichon LE | EL," a remodeled version of the Ichon Hyundai Apartment, and began full-scale sales.
The complex will be built at 301-160 Ichon-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, with 3 underground floors and up to 27 above-ground floors, 9 buildings, and a total of 750 households. Among them, 88 households with dedicated areas of 100–122㎡ will be offered for general sale. The number of general-sale units by dedicated area is ▲100㎡ 22 households ▲106㎡ 24 households ▲117㎡ 13 households ▲118㎡ 12 households ▲122㎡ 17 households. With all types centered on medium to large sizes, it features spacious floor plans befitting a Han River location and product configurations aimed at high-end demand.
The buildings are arranged mostly facing south to maximize sunlight and ventilation, and a luxurious exterior design and specialized landscaping are applied. Indoors, a variety of floor plans broaden choices for buyers, and privacy protection and circulation efficiency were also considered.
Community facilities befitting the high-end residential brand "LE | EL" will also be provided. A sky lounge offering panoramic views of the Han River will be included, along with an indoor swimming pool with three 25-meter lanes. Also planned are a sauna and fitness club, a residents-only theater "Private Cinema," a premium study hall and book cafe, a business lounge, lesson rooms, and other facilities. On the first floor, a dining cafe offering breakfast service will open, and facilities that enhance residents' convenience, such as a laundry room and a dry car wash, are also planned.
The location offers transportation conditions that make both downtown Seoul and Gangnam convenient to access. From nearby Ichon Station, residents can use Subway Line 4 and the Gyeongui–Jungang Line, and travel to the Gangnam area is easy via the Dongjak Bridge and Banpo Bridge.
Abundant living infrastructure and a pleasant natural environment are also strengths. Large commercial and cultural facilities such as Yongsan I'Park Mall are nearby, and the Ichon-dong private education district and elementary, middle, and high schools are adjacent, offering an excellent educational environment. As the complex is located in a core residential area of Ichon adjacent to the Han River, residents can enjoy the waterfront green spaces of Ichon Hangang Park like a front yard, and the National Museum of Korea, the National Hangeul Museum, and Yongsan Family Park are also close.
Starting with special supply on Apr. 9, applications will proceed in the following order: first priority for the applicable area on the 10th, first priority for other areas on the 13th, and second priority on the 14th. Winners will be announced on the 20th, and legitimate contracts will be conducted for three days from May 2 to May 4. For general supply, first-priority applications are available to heads of households aged 19 or older who reside in Seoul or in Gyeonggi Province or Incheon Metropolitan City, have been subscribed to a housing subscription account for at least 24 months, and meet the deposit requirements by region and size.
The complex is subject to the pre-sale price cap system. Resale is restricted for three years from the date of the winner announcement, and a two-year actual residence requirement applies from the move-in date.
A Lotte Construction official said, "LE | EL has been supplied in core residential areas of Gangnam such as Banpo, Daechi, Cheongdam, and Jamsil, establishing itself as a high-end residential brand," adding, "Ichon LE | EL, the first LE | EL complex in northern Seoul, will become a symbolic project representing the Yongsan area by combining brand know-how accumulated in Gangnam with an exceptional location along the Han River."
The cyber model home for "Ichon LE | EL" will be operated in Virtual Reality (VR) format through the official website. Move-in is scheduled for Mar. 2027.
