Kolon Global said on the 30th that it will open the model home for "Eomgung Station Travis Haneulchae," which will rise in Eomgung-dong, Sasang-gu, Busan, on Apr. 3 and begin full-scale sales.
Eomgung Station Travis Haneulchae is a supertall apartment complex to be built at 412 Eomgung-dong (Eomgung District 1), Sasang-gu, Busan, with five underground floors and up to 36 above-ground floors, totaling 1,670 households. Of these, 1,061 households with exclusive areas of 59–155 square meters will be offered for general sale.
The apartment will accept applications with special supply on the 6th of next month, first-priority on the 7th, and second-priority on the 8th. Winners will be announced on the 14th of the same month, and bona fide contracts will be signed from the 27th to the 29th.
For first-priority eligibility as of the recruitment notice date, anyone age 19 or older residing in Busan, Ulsan, or South Gyeongsang Province is eligible, including both heads of household and household members, as well as homeowners. The subscription account must have been open for at least six months and meet the required deposit by region and area, and even those with prior winning records may apply. However, those who won through the point-based system within the past two years may apply only through the lottery system.
The biggest feature of Eomgung Station Travis Haneulchae is its "direct-station area" location, with the complex directly connected to Eomgung Station (planned) on the Busan Metro Sasang–Hadan Line. Currently in Busan, complexes with direct subway connections are few, making them highly scarce.
In addition, when the Sasang–Hadan Line (scheduled for completion in 2027) opens, the Eomgung-dong area is expected to be reorganized as a transportation hub in western Busan. In particular, improved access to the Myeongji and Noksan National Industrial Complexes is drawing expectations that the area's value as a residential base will rise.
In terms of location, it is also notable as a large-scale complex on level ground. The Eomgung-dong area where Eomgung Station Travis Haneulchae sits is already a residential district with about 9,000 households clustered, offering abundant living infrastructure. With the completion of the complex, the area is expected to form a brand-town of about 5,000 households together with Eomgung Lotte Castle River and The Sharp Riomonte.
Near the complex are various commercial facilities, including Lotte Mart, Eomgung Traditional Market, and the Agricultural Products Distribution Complex, enabling convenient living upon move-in. The education environment is also strong. Eomgung Elementary, Donggung Elementary, and Eomgung Middle are within walking distance, and a boarding-type middle school and an autonomous public high school are being promoted near the complex.
There are also various development catalysts. Large-scale projects such as the Eomgung Bridge (target completion in 2030), Seunghak Tunnel, Sasang Smart Dream City, and the Eomgung Retarding Basin Complex Cultural and Sports Center are gaining speed. In particular, once the Eomgung Bridge opens, access to the Myeongji and Noksan National Industrial Complexes and to The Hyundai Busan at Eco Delta City (target opening in 2027) is expected to improve significantly, and the opening of the Seunghak Tunnel is also expected to enhance access to downtown Busan.
In terms of product appeal, it will be developed as a landmark up to 36 stories high—rare within Sasang-gu—and will secure generous parking at about 1.5 spaces per household. Some units will offer a "dual view" of the Nakdong River and Seunghak Mountain, and a storage room will be provided for every unit to improve space utilization.
For amenities, the community facilities match the level of high-end apartments in the Seoul metropolitan area. Within the complex, western Busan's first sky community will include a sky lounge and a sky guest house. In addition, high-end community facilities tailored to residents' lifestyles—including a screen golf range, book cafe, sauna, and kids cafe—are planned.
A sales official said, "Eomgung Station Travis Haneulchae is a complex that combines the scarcity of a direct subway connection with the locational advantage of a large complex on level ground," adding, "With various transportation and development catalysts and the formation of a brand-town, it is expected to establish itself as a representative residential area in western Busan going forward."
The model home for Eomgung Station Travis Haneulchae will open at 544-15 Gwaebeop-dong, Sasang-gu, Busan (across from Sasang Station). Move-in is scheduled for Feb. 2030.
