Hillstate Seonam Lake Park, being built in Yaum-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan, is taking first-come, first-served building and unit selection contracts for remaining units.
The complex will consist of up to 44 stories above ground, with two sites totaling 753 households (631 apartment units and 122 officetel units). The total deposit is set at 5%, with the first installment at 5 million won, easing buyers' initial funding burden.

The Onsan petrochemical complex, home to SK and S-Oil, is nearby, and access for commuting to major industrial complexes such as Hyundai Heavy Industries, Mipo Shipyard, and Hyundai Motor via the Ulsan Bridge is also excellent.
Although it is a mixed-use complex, a 4-bay plate-type layout is applied to deliver a floor plan comparable to that of a multifamily apartment.
