The Seoul city government said on the 26th it will unveil an online platform, "Rapid Integrated Planning Online Archive," that lets people easily find information on Rapid Integrated Planning, a redevelopment program for dwellings maintenance.
The platform is set to go live on the 27th. Among all Rapid Integrated Planning project sites, users can check the planning intent, progress, details, and participants for 87 locations directly planned by the city.
Unlike the approach in which an association leads and draws up the maintenance plan, Rapid Integrated Planning is a policy in which the Seoul city government supports the process by presenting guidelines from the maintenance plan drafting stage. A key feature is that it can significantly shorten the time required for administrative procedures, including drafting and designation of maintenance plans and various permits and approvals.
Ahn Dae-hee, head of the Urban Space Headquarters at the Seoul city government, said, "We will make it easy for anyone, anytime and anywhere, to access Rapid Integrated Planning information to improve understanding of and participation in the policy."
