HS Hwasung said on the 26th that it will open the model home for Beomeo Station Park Dream DIAR, which will rise at 996, Suseong-dong 4-ga, Suseong District, Daegu, on the 27th and begin full-scale sales.
Beomeo Station Park Dream DIAR is a new apartment complex set to be built at the key Beomeo Sageori location where Daegu Subway Line 2 and the planned Line 4 intersect.
DIAR in the complex name is a compound of the Italian DI (refined dignity of/derived elegance) and the Latin ARS (art, work), meaning a residential space imbued with artistic dignity. It carries the idea of proposing urban value and a dignified daily life atop Suseong District's prime site where Beomeo Sageori, Beomeo Station, and Dalgubeol-daero meet.
The complex consists of two basement levels and 18 to 27 above-ground floors, with two apartment buildings and neighborhood living facilities. Of the 158 total households, 47 are offered for general sale. By exclusive area, the general-sale units are ▲73㎡, 25 households ▲74㎡, 15 households ▲84㎡A, 7 households, centered on small to mid-size floor plans.
Beomeo Station Park Dream DIAR is located about 300 meters from Beomeo Station on Daegu Metro Line 2. When the planned Line 4 Beomeo Station opens, it is expected to secure a double-station area advantage.
