DL E&C said on the 20th that it opened the cyber dwellings exhibition hall for ACRO de Seocho, which is being built at 1333 Seocho-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul.
The complex will have 16 buildings with 4 basement levels to 39 above-ground floors and a total of 1,161 households ranging from 59 to 170 square meters of exclusive area. Of these, 56 households of 59 square meters exclusive area will be offered for general sale.
Starting with special supply on Mar. 31, first-priority applications will be accepted on Apr. 1 and 2, and second priority on Apr. 3. Winners will be announced on Apr. 9, and the contract period will run from Apr. 20 to 23. Move-in is scheduled for Feb. 2029.
Because it is located in Seocho-gu, a speculative overheating district, supply will be allocated 60% by lottery and 40% by points. With the price cap on sales applied, the average sales price will be about 780 million won per 3.3 square meters.
The complex will feature landscaping from the "ACRO Garden Collection," including a Welcome Garden, Water Organ Lamp Garden, and Cascade Lamp Garden. The community facility "Club ACRO" will have a private screen golf lounge, screen golf rooms, an indoor swimming pool, a sauna, fitness, a Pilates room, and a sports court. A kids lounge, kids station, private study rooms, and private office rooms will also be provided. Two sky lounges will also be installed.
The complex will adopt the inter-floor noise reduction floor structure "D-Silent Floor" and the inter-floor noise notification system "D-Silence Service." When the living room sensor detects floor vibration above a certain level, it sends a notification to the wall pad.
For security enhancements, a black box door phone that automatically records the situation in front of the entrance door and a security detector for lower-floor units will be introduced. A geothermal system and a solar power generation system will be applied to help reduce common-area maintenance fees.
Parking space has been secured for 1.58 vehicles per household. Based on this, an "AI Parking Guidance Control System" will also be introduced.
The complex is a double-station area served by Gangnam Station and Yangjae Station. It is about 600 meters to Gangnam Station on Subway Line 2 and the Shinbundang Line, and Gyodae Station and Yangjae Station are also nearby. It has easy access to Gangnam-daero, Teheran-ro, and the Gyeongbu Expressway. It is adjacent to Seocho Elementary School and within close distance to Seoun Middle School. The Daechi-dong private education district is also nearby. Residents can also use lifestyle infrastructure such as the Gangnam Shinsegae Department Store, E-MART, Costco, the Seoul Arts Center, Gangnam Severance Hospital, the Catholic University Seoul St. Mary's Hospital, and the KEPCO Art Center.
