POSCO E&C will open the model home for "The Sharp Priella" in Mullae-dong, Yeongdeungpo District, Seoul, on the 20th.
The Sharp Priella, rebuilt from Mullae Jinju Apartment at 22, Mullae-dong 5-ga, Yeongdeungpo District, Seoul, will be supplied as six buildings with three basement levels and up to 21 floors above ground, totaling 324 households. By type: ▲44㎡ 14 households ▲59㎡A 15 households ▲59㎡B 10 households ▲59㎡C 12 households ▲74㎡A 30 households ▲74㎡B 13 households ▲84㎡A 33 households ▲84㎡B 11 households.
Applications will be accepted starting with special supply on the 23rd, followed by first-priority applications for the applicable area on the 24th and for other areas on the 25th. Winners will be announced on Apr. 1, and contracts for successful applicants will be carried out for three days from Apr. 13 to 15.
The Sharp Priella is arranged mainly to face south. The 44㎡ exclusive-use type is designed to suit one- to two-person households, while the 59㎡ and 74㎡ types secure a bedroom depth of about 3.7 meters to enhance practicality. The 84㎡A type applies a four-bay layout favorable for cross-ventilation. In addition, storage has been strengthened with an entryway storeroom, pantry, and dressing room, and a food waste treatment system has been applied to improve convenience.
The community facilities are designed to link the first floor with the sunken space so that natural light and green elements flow into the complex. A sports zone, including a private golf and GX room, as well as a family library and an edu & business lounge, will also be created.
The complex is within walking distance of Dorimcheon Station on Subway Line 2, and offers easy access to major business districts such as Yeouido, Gwanghwamun, and Gangnam via Mullae Station (Line 2) and Yangpyeong Station (Line 5). Going forward, in connection with Mullae Hyundai Phase 2 (439 households), Mullae Hyundai Phase 5 (324 households), and the Daewon Apartment remodeling project (250 households), it is expected to form a 1,337-household "The Sharp brand town."
The Sharp Priella model home will be set up at The Sharp Gallery, 210 Jagok-ro, Gangnam District, Seoul. Move-in is scheduled for Mar. 2029.
