Daewon Co., a comprehensive construction company, said on the 20th that "Gimpo Cantavil Edition," to be unveiled in Gimpo, Gyeonggi, will begin optional supply subscriptions on the 24th.
Gimpo Cantavil Edition will accept optional supply subscription applications over two days on the 24th and 25th, announce the winners on the 30th, and sign contracts over three days from Apr. 3 to 5.
For the optional supply subscription, anyone 19 or older who is a member of a household without dwellings and resides anywhere in the country as of the recruitment notice date can apply without a subscription savings account. No separate application deposit is required, and even after winning, the re-winning restriction does not apply.
In speculative overheating districts such as Seoul, the loan-to-value ratio (LTV) regulation limits bridge loans to around 40%, but Gimpo allows up to 60%. The strengthened acquisition and capital gains tax rates also do not apply.
A sales official said, "Interest among buyers has risen with the announcement that the preliminary feasibility study for the Seoul Subway Line 5 extension to Gimpo has passed, and inquiries have particularly increased from younger buyers who hope to commute to Seoul," adding, "With the average pre-sale price nearing 1 billion won based on the standard national flat type in the Seoul metropolitan area, it is evaluated as a reasonably priced last-chance complex, and we also expect strong results in the optional supply subscription."
Gimpo Cantavil Edition will be built in the Bukbyeon-dong area of Gimpo, Gyeonggi Province (Bukbyeon District 2 urban development project) and will comprise a total of 612 households. With the preliminary feasibility study for the "Seoul Subway Line 5 Gimpo–Geomdan extension project" having passed on the 10th, it will rise as the closest new build near Geomjeong Station (planned), which is being pursued on Line 5, in the area around Geolpo Bukbyeon Station. When the Line 5 extension is completed, it is expected to take around 30 minutes to reach Yeouido, Magok and Gwanghwamun via Geomjeong Station. The Gimpo Cantavil Edition model house is located at 2014-1, Janggi-dong, Gimpo, Gyeonggi Province (near the National Health Insurance Service Gimpo Branch).
