Hoban Construction said on the 17th that it will open the model home for "Hoban Summit Siheung Geomo B1 Block," supplied in the Geomo District of Siheung, Gyeonggi Province, on the 20th and begin sales.
Hoban Summit Siheung Geomo B1 Block is a complex of 353 units built with a single exclusive size of 84 square meters across four buildings, from two basement levels to 24 above-ground floors. Excluding 43 public rental units, 310 units are available for general sale, with 233 units of 84㎡A and 77 units of 84㎡B.
Applications open with special supply on the 23rd, followed by first-priority on the 24th and second-priority on the 25th. Winners will be announced on the 31st, and contracts will run for three days from Apr. 13 to Apr. 15. Move-in is scheduled for Nov. 2028.
Near Hoban Summit Siheung Geomo B1 Block, students can walk to Doil Elementary School, Gunja Middle School, and Gunja Digital Science High School, and the Siheung Gunja Municipal Library is convenient to use. An elementary school and a middle school are planned to be newly established about 400 meters from the complex.
To the south of the Geomo District are Singil Oncheon Station on Line 4 and the Suin-Bundang Line, and the Pyeongtaek–Siheung Expressway and Yeongdong Expressway provide quick access to key hubs in Seoul and the greater capital area. At Choji Station, two stops from Singil Oncheon Station, the Incheon-originating KTX to Songdo (scheduled to open in 2026) and the Sinansan Line to Yeouido (scheduled to open in 2028) are planned.
On-site community facilities will include a fitness center, golf practice range, kids' café, and residents' meeting room. Through a residents-only platform, the complex plans to offer a smart health management system to check physical condition, as well as convenience services that incorporate advanced technologies such as healthcare, Edtech, and a robot café.
The complex features a south-facing orientation, wide spacing between buildings, and a slab-type design to enhance natural light, ventilation, and openness. All units adopt a four-bay, four-room layout and offer free expansion options such as living room extension and bedroom integration. Parking space for 1.5 vehicles per household has also been secured.
