Xi S&D said on the 16th that it plans to launch sales in May for "Geomam Station Xi Rene," which it is supplying at Block B-2 in the Geomam Station area in Seo-gu, Incheon. The model home for Geomam Station Xi Rene is slated to be set up around 998, Gyeongseo-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon.
Geomam Station Xi Rene is located on Block B2 within the Geomam Station area public housing district being created across Geomam-dong and Gyeongseo-dong in Seo-gu, Incheon. It will consist of five buildings with 601 units in total, from three floors underground to 25 stories above ground, and all units will be a single 84-square-meter exclusive-use layout favored by end users. The Geomam Station area public housing district, where the complex will rise, is a large-scale project with a total area of about 810,000 square meters (about 245,000 pyeong) and a planned population of about 16,200 people (6,636 households). This complex is the first privately sold apartment introduced here.
The Geomam Station area public housing district is cited for its strong accessibility to Seoul. Geomam Station near Geomam Station Xi Rene is a transportation hub in Seo-gu, Incheon, and currently a double transfer area where the Airport Railroad and Incheon Subway Line 2 intersect. Using the Airport Railroad, residents can move quickly to key business districts in western Seoul, such as Magok and Yeouido. Wide-area road networks via the Incheon International Airport Expressway (Cheongna IC) near the complex are also easy to use. With Gyeongseo Neighborhood Park located right in front, some units will enjoy an open park view and a pleasant green setting. A neighborhood living facility site is located to the north of the complex, and on-site retail is also planned.
The product design also actively reflects the needs of end users. While configuring all units at 84 square meters of exclusive use, the plan applies a 100% preferred four-bay panel layout. In particular, some types feature a specialized three-sided balcony design to maximize service area and significantly expand usable space. The Geomam Station area public housing district is being developed as a self-sufficient city that incorporates commercial, office, and living infrastructure in addition to residential functions. In particular, a multi-modal transfer center that combines office, commercial, and cultural facilities will be developed around Geomam Station, with the aim of maximizing access to core business districts such as Seoul's Magok, Digital Media City (DMC), and Seoul Station.
