Mirae Saehan Appraisal Corporation, the country's largest appraisal agency, said on the 16th that it appointed appraiser Lee Ho-hyeon as CEO and held an inauguration ceremony.
New CEO Lee Ho-hyeon, a 10th-class appraiser, is a strategy expert who worked at the Korea Real Estate Board (REB) (formerly Korea Appraisal Board) and then at Mirae Saehan Appraisal Corporation Co., serving as chief financial officer and chief planning officer. Lee is currently serving as Chairperson of the training committee of the Korea Association of Property Appraisers, playing a central role in raising the industry's expertise.
In the inauguration address, Lee expressed a strong resolve to "lay the foundation for sustainable growth so Mirae Saehan can leap forward as a 100-year corporations."
Lee added, "We will reproduce the achievement of 80 billion won in annual sales for two consecutive years, first reached in the industry on the 2022," and said, "Even amid internal and external uncertainties, we will solidify our fundamentals with expertise befitting the nation's largest corporation and the 'One Team' spirit, and firmly establish our stature as a leading company that guides the market."
Lee also laid out a practical management philosophy: "Rather than resting on flashy modifiers, I will listen to voices from the field and become a CEO who breathes directly with shareholders."
With the inauguration, Lee executed executive appointments. ▲ Jeong Dong-hyeok as chief planning officer ▲ Jeong Chae-seon as chief general affairs officer ▲ appraiser Jeong Ji-yong as chief financial officer, respectively; and ▲ appointed appraisers Lim Yun-gyu and Kim Sang-geol as auditors, establishing a responsible management system.
