Daewoo Engineering & Construction said on the 16th that it won the redevelopment project for the Gojan Yeonlip District 5 in Ansan, Gyeonggi.
The Gojan Yeonlip District 5 redevelopment project will build 1,484 households and ancillary welfare facilities across 15 buildings ranging from three basement levels to 35 above-ground floors. The total construction cost is about 486.4 billion won.
Daewoo Engineering & Construction proposed the complex name "PRUGIO Centro One" for the site. For the exterior, it plans to apply a curtain-wall-look method that reflects the urban landscape while enhancing durability. It will also introduce a specialized design, the "Smart Silent Floor Structure," to reduce inter-floor noise. This technology had been applied only to "SUMMIT" complexes so far, and this will be the first time for a PRUGIO complex.
Daewoo Engineering & Construction will procure 200 billion won in mandatory association project expenses at the lowest interest rate to reduce the association's burden and will support design expenses incurred during the project implementation approval process. It will also fully cover the construction cost verification expenses.
A Daewoo Engineering & Construction official said, "We will elevate Ansan's residential value by a notch with differentiated design and residential expertise."
