POSCO E&C said on the 15th that it plans to begin sales this month for HAUTERRE Banpo (reconstruction of Shinbanpo 21st) in Jamwon-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul.
Created through the reconstruction of Shinbanpo 21st in Jamwon-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul, the complex will have 2 buildings with 4 underground floors to 20 aboveground floors, totaling 251 households. Of these, 86 households are available for general sale.
The number of units for general sale by exclusive area is as follows: ▲44㎡ 13 households ▲45㎡ 10 households ▲59㎡ 43 households ▲84㎡ 11 households ▲97㎡ 3 households ▲113㎡ 4 households ▲115㎡ 2 households.
HAUTERRE Banpo is a post-sale complex, with move-ins scheduled for July. It is also the first sales complex to feature POSCO E&C's high-end residential brand HAUTERRE. The complex is close to Banpo Station and near Wanchon Elementary School, Wanchon Middle School, Gyeongwon Middle School, and Shindong Middle School.
Successful applicants can check detailed information through the online dwellings exhibition hall after the resident recruitment notice and may proceed with contracts after directly confirming the completed exterior and development status of the complex.
POSCO E&C said, "Starting with Banpo, we plan to continuously expand HAUTERRE's brand competitiveness in Seoul's core locations." It is currently developing Shinbanpo 21st and 18th as HAUTERRE-branded complexes and plans to expand the application to the reconstruction of Shinbanpo 19th and 25th to build a "HAUTERRE brand belt" across the Banpo area.
