Samsung C&T's construction division is unveiling Raemian Ellavine, a for-sale complex in the Banghwa New Town of Gangseo District, Seoul.
Raemian Ellavine is a new complex being created through the redevelopment of Banghwa District 6 (around 608-97 Banghwa-dong) in Gangseo District, Seoul, with 10 apartment buildings up to 16 stories tall and a total of 557 households. Of these, 272 units with exclusive areas of 44–115 square meters are for general sale, consisting by exclusive area of ▲ 44㎡, 12 units ▲ 59㎡, 14 units ▲ 76㎡, 39 units ▲ 84㎡, 178 units ▲ 115㎡, 29 units. The general sale price averages 51.78 million won per 3.3㎡.
The Banghwa New Town maintenance project is being pursued for Banghwa Districts 2, 3, 5, and 6, and among them, Raemian Ellavine in District 6 is the fastest to go on sale. Move-in is scheduled for Aug. 2028. When all projects are completed, a new large-scale complex of around 4,400 households will be formed in the area, and it is expected to be reborn as a representative residential town of Gangseo District.
Raemian Ellavine is within about a five-minute walk of Sinbanghwa Station on Subway Line 9, and Gonghang Market Station on Line 9 and Songjeong Station on Line 5 are also within walking distance. In addition, access to major arterial roads such as Olympic-daero, Gayang Bridge, and Gangbyeonbuk-ro is easy, making driving convenient.
The education environment is also excellent. Within a 1-kilometer radius of the complex, there are abundant school options such as Songjeong Elementary School, Gonghang Middle School, Magok Middle School, Banghwa Middle School, Gonghang High School, and Seoul Baekyeong High School, and large private academy districts are formed near Sinbanghwa Station and Balsan Station.
In addition, proximity to the Magok District, which includes LG Science Park and research facilities of more than 200 corporations, offers excellent conditions for living close to work and allows sharing of the same living area. The area also features convenient residential infrastructure such as Traders Wholesale Club Magok branch, Lotte Mall Gimpo Airport branch, Ewha Womans University Seoul Hospital, and LG Arts Center, along with pleasant natural environments including Magok Park and the Seoul Botanic Park.
Samsung C&T plans to apply differentiated design and products befitting its No. 1 ranking in construction capability evaluation for 12 consecutive years. The full curtain wall look design to be applied to a 4,000m2 (about 1,210 pyeong) area will move beyond the monotonous, plain appearance caused by height restrictions and create a complex that dominates the area.
Inside the units, features such as a four-bay flat layout maximize daylight and ventilation, and in particular, the functional furniture "Next Furniture," which allows residents to freely separate and integrate spaces according to lifestyle and preference, will be applied for the first time.
In addition, a variety of community facilities such as a golf practice range, book library, sauna, fitness center, and moms' cafe will be installed, and the sky community will offer private yet refined spaces for hobbies and relaxation.
The Raemian Ellavine model home is set up at Raemian Gallery, 17 Chungmin-ro (Munjeong-dong), Songpa District, Seoul, and will be open for three days from Mar. 13 to 15. The subscription schedule begins with special supply on Mar. 16, followed by first-priority applications for the applicable area on the 17th, first-priority for other areas on the 18th, and second-priority on the 19th.
