GS Engineering & Construction said on the 6th it was selected for the "2025 outstanding disclosure company on the KOSPI" that the Korea Exchange (KRX) released.
The Korea Exchange (KRX) selects outstanding disclosure companies each year by comprehensively evaluating listed companies' disclosure performance and the operation status of the disclosure system.
Companies selected as outstanding disclosure companies are granted benefits including: ▲ a one-time five-year grace from designation as an unfaithful discloser ▲ exemption from annual training completion for disclosure officers ▲ a one-year waiver of installment charges and additional/change listing fees ▲ overseas training for disclosure officers.
GS Engineering & Construction won high marks for continuously improving the accuracy and timeliness of information by standardizing in-house disclosure processes and strengthening pre-disclosure review systems. In particular, it was recognized as a best practice for sharing disclosure-related laws, authoritative interpretations, and key cases companywide, and for embedding professionalism and accountability in disclosure work across the organization by operating a real-time collaboration network among relevant departments.
