Korea Association of Realtors(KAR) said it will officially launch a 24/7 "member consultation AI chatbot" service on the 5th to significantly strengthen member convenience and accessibility.
The AI chatbot being introduced this time will be embedded in the association's official website and the Hanbang (mobile) application (app). It features a contactless consultation environment that minimizes wait times and is not constrained by time or place. Through this, members will be able to receive guidance on association affairs and related information more quickly and efficiently, according to the association.
The AI chatbot provides answers based on association-registered administrative materials and real estate legal information. The association expects that, in addition to handling simple inquiries, it will contribute to improved work efficiency by enabling immediate responses to frequently asked questions.
Starting with the introduction of this AI chatbot, the association plans to continuously advance its digital consultation services. In particular, after completing internal stabilization processes such as learning question-and-answer sets by type, it will gradually expand the service so that the general public can also use it.
An association official said, "The core purpose of this introduction is to use AI technology to raise member satisfaction and improve access to consultations," adding, "Going forward, we will broaden the scope of services so that anyone can use association and real estate-related information more easily and conveniently."
With the launch of this AI chatbot service, the association plans to accelerate digital transformation and build a faster and more transparent information delivery system.
