GS Engineering & Construction said on the 4th it will carry out safety support activities for Xi apartment complexes where the defect collateral liability period has ended.
The safety support program, called "Like Xi, with close attention," is an inspection effort to preemptively prevent large-scale damage such as fires and flooding by checking key common-area facilities directly linked to resident safety.
After setting a schedule through prior consultation with the residents' representative council, GS Engineering & Construction and field-specific experts with technical qualifications from the after-sales service specialist Xi S&D will be dispatched to inspect the complex's common areas and provide the results to the council in a report. If requested by residents, the company also plans to advise apartment operation and management companies for safe complex operations, including explanations and training based on the inspection results.
