HDC Hyundai Development Company said on the 27th it will open the model homes for Cheonan I'Park City districts 5 and 6, to be built at 60-9 and 39-7 Seongseong-dong, Seobuk-gu, Cheonan, South Chungcheong Province, and begin the full-scale sales schedule.
Cheonan I'Park City district 5 will have 882 units across seven buildings, from two basement levels to up to 35 stories above ground, with exclusive areas of 84–197㎡, and district 6 will have 1,066 units across nine buildings, from two basement levels to up to 35 stories above ground, with exclusive areas of 84–197㎡. Of the total 1,948 units, 1,849 will be offered for general sale, including 837 in district 5 and 1,012 in district 6.
Applications will be accepted with special supply on Mar. 3, followed by first-priority on the 4th and second-priority on the 5th. Winners will be announced for district 5 on Mar. 11 and for district 6 on Mar. 12. Binding contracts are scheduled from Mar. 23 to 27. The model homes are located around 1714 Jangjae-ri, Baebang-eup, Asan, South Chungcheong Province.
