Otis Elevator Korea (hereafter Otis Korea) said on the 25th that it will newly install Otis's advanced elevator "Gen3®" at the large apartment complex "GS Xi Firsnity" in Pyeongchon, Gyeonggi Province.
Otis Worldwide is a global leader in the manufacture, installation, service, and modernization of elevators and escalators.
GS Xi Firsnity, to be built by GS Engineering & Construction, is a premium residential facility that will become a landmark in the area, a large-scale apartment complex spanning from three basement levels to 33 stories above ground with thousands of households.
Otis Korea plans to supply a total of 82 Gen3 MRL elevators to this complex; the Gen3 MRL does not require a separate machine room, reducing the space needed within the building.
