Daewoo Engineering & Construction said on the 24th that it had sold out "Uijeongbu Tapseok Prugio Park 7," which it supplied in Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi Province.
Uijeongbu Tapseok Prugio Park 7 was built with seven buildings from three floors underground to 27 floors above ground, totaling 935 households with exclusive areas ranging from 59 to 84 square meters.
The Yonghyeon-dong area, where Tapseok Prugio Park 7 is located, is regarded as a residential district with convenient transportation and strong education and living infrastructure. Uijeongbu Light Rail Transit Songsan Station is within walking distance, and accessibility to Seoul is expected to be further strengthened via Line 7 Tapseok Station, slated to open next year. It is also adjacent to major arterial roads such as the Dong Uijeongbu IC and Minrak IC on the Guri–Pocheon Expressway and the Capital Region First Ring Expressway, making it easy to travel by car throughout Seoul and the greater capital area.
Tapseok Prugio Park 7 offers convenient access to numerous large lifestyle facilities within a 3-kilometer radius, including E-MART, Homeplus Co., Lotte Mart, Lotte Cinema and Megabox. Elementary, middle and high schools such as Yonghyeon Elementary School, Solmoe Middle School, Buyong Middle School, Buyong High School and Dongguk University Affiliated Yeongseok High School are also located nearby.
A Daewoo Engineering & Construction official said, "Based on brand competitiveness, we plan to diversify our dwellings business portfolio, including urban renewal projects in downtown Seoul and the capital region, as well as public housing projects with private participation."
