HDC Hyundai Development Company said on the 24th that it will begin sales next month for Uijeongbu Station Central IPARK in Uijeongbu, Gyeonggi. The complex will be built at 253-19, Uijeongbu-dong, Uijeongbu, with three buildings from two basement levels to 47 above-ground floors. It is a residential complex with 556 units in total, including 400 apartments with exclusive areas of 74 and 84 square meters and 156 residential officetels with an exclusive area of 89 square meters. Considering the lifestyle of family members, the complex offers mid-size layouts for all units.
Uijeongbu Station Central IPARK will be supplied on a returned U.S. Forces grant site that is being assigned new urban functions through systematic development. As a residential complex supplied through the Camp La Guardia urban development project, it is expected to contribute to revitalizing the commercial district formed around Uijeongbu Station and to the regional economy.
About 5,000 households are slated to be built around Camp La Guardia, and, as Uijeongbu Station Central IPARK is designed to rise 47 stories, it is expected to become the center of a new skyline.
Uijeongbu is a non-regulated area, and residents of the Seoul metropolitan area who are at least 19 years old and have held a subscription account for 12 months may apply in the first priority both as heads of household and as household members.
Owners of one dwelling may also apply, and sales rights may be resold starting one year after the announcement of successful applicants. For officetels, applications can be submitted regardless of subscription accounts, subscription scores, or whether the applicant owns dwellings, and sales rights may be resold after paying the down payment.
A sales representative said, "As a 47-story landmark complex supplied in a location with transportation, education, and daily-life infrastructure, we expect strong interest from buyers seeking differentiated residential options."
The model home for Uijeongbu Station Central IPARK will be set up at 240-44, Uijeongbu-dong, Uijeongbu.
