The Cheongdam Samik Apartment Housing Reconstruction and Maintenance Project Association said on the 24th that it has issued a sale notice for 12 reserved units in Cheongdam LE | EL, a high-end residential complex built by Lotte Construction, and will begin the bidding process.
The reserved units for sale this time are quantities the association held back in preparation for ownership disputes or project cost settlements. They consist of eight units with an exclusive area of 84 square meters and four top-floor penthouses.
Cheongdam LE | EL is a complex with four basement levels and up to 35 stories above ground, totaling 1,261 households. Lotte Construction's high-end residential brand "LE | EL (LE-EL)" has been applied.
Unlike general sales, reserved units do not require a subscription savings account, and anyone age 19 or older can bid without residence restrictions.
A Lotte Construction official said, "Cheongdam LE | EL is a complex that leads Gangnam's high-end residential culture in every aspect, including location, brand, and product quality," adding, "With the recent sellout of the reserved units at Jamsil LE | EL confirming market expectations, this reserved-unit sale is also expected to draw strong interest from buyers seeking to enter Gangnam."
The notice containing specific bidding schedules, expected prices, and contract terms for the sale of reserved units can be found that day on the Public Procurement Service Nara Marketplace (Nuri Marketplace).
