Samsung C&T's construction division (hereafter Samsung C&T) said on the 24th that it will take part in the bidding for the integrated reconstruction project of Shinbanpo Complexes 19 and 25 in Banpo-dong, Seocho-gu, Seoul.
Samsung C&T said it is preparing a top-tier proposal that encompasses design, financing, and business conditions optimized for the site's characteristics adjacent to the Han River and the needs of association members, putting forward "project stability and premium" as its core strategy.
First, together with SMDP, a global architectural design group that collaborated on the designs of Raemian One Bailey and Raemian Heriven Banpo, it has begun an alternative design. Through an original exterior design and specialized floor plans that maximize the locational strengths of Shinbanpo Complexes 19 and 25 along the Han River, it plans to present high-end residential art.
Samsung C&T also plans to provide practical benefits on various fronts, including financing terms that minimize association members' cost sharing through the industry's only top credit rating (AA+), and swift project execution without interruption.
Samsung C&T intends, through winning this integrated reconstruction of Shinbanpo Complexes 19 and 25, to create another Raemian town representing the Banpo area by linking it with nearby "Raemian Shinbanpo Palace," "Raemian Shinbanpo Riocent," and "Raemian Heriven Banpo (Shinbanpo Complex 4 reconstruction)," which it won last year.
Im Cheol-jin, head of Samsung C&T's dwellings sales division, said, "We will mobilize all the capabilities Samsung C&T possesses, including innovative alternative design and overwhelming technological prowess, to build a landmark that becomes the new center of the Jamwon-dong area."
Meanwhile, the reconstruction association for Shinbanpo Complexes 19 and 25 plans to close bidding on Apr. 10 and select the final builder at a general meeting on May 30.
