Hyundai Terratower Yeongtong Fastworks will be built at 347 Woncheon-dong, Yeongtong-gu, Suwon, Gyeonggi, and will consist of 2 basement levels to 15 above-ground floors with a total of 500 units — ▲ 180 manufacturing-type units ▲ 100 office-type units ▲ 220 smart-type units — and 12 neighborhood living facility units.
This Knowledge Industry Complex is adjacent to the Gyeongbu Expressway Suwon Singal IC, Jungbu-daero, and the Suin–Bundang Line, offering excellent access to nearby areas by car and public transportation.
