Ssangyong E&C said on the 19th that "Ssangyong The Platinum Onsu Station," to be unveiled through the redevelopment of the Goean 3D district in Bucheon, Gyeonggi Province, will open a model home and begin sales on the 20th.
Ssangyong The Platinum Onsu Station will be built at 201 Goean-dong, Sosa-gu, Bucheon, with three basement levels and up to 35 floors above ground, totaling 759 households. Of these, 230 units with exclusive areas of 59 and 84 square meters will be offered for general sale. By type, the general-sale supply consists of ▲ 59㎡A 96 units ▲ 59㎡B 130 units ▲ 84㎡B 4 units.
The application schedule starts with special supply on the 23rd, followed by first-priority applications on the 24th and second-priority applications on the 25th. Winners will be announced on Mar. 4, and legitimate contracts will be conducted for three days from Mar. 16 to 18.
First-priority applications are open to Bucheon and greater Seoul area (Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon) residents age 19 or older who have held a subscription savings account for at least one year and deposited at or above the required amount by region and area; household heads, household members, and homeowners are all eligible. The resale restriction is one year, but there is no requirement to live in the unit, and repeat-winning restrictions do not apply.
Ssangyong The Platinum Onsu Station is a station-area apartment within walking distance of Onsu Station, where subway Lines 1 and 7 intersect. Major business districts in Seoul—Gasan Digital Complex (in the 10-minute range), Yeouido (in the 20-minute range), Seoul Station (in the 30-minute range), and Gangnam (in the 30-minute range)—are reachable quickly without transfers. The complex is within walking distance of Donggok Elementary School, and nearby middle and high schools include Yeokgok Middle School, Hang-dong Middle School, and Yeokgok High School. The model home is at 86-2 Oryu-dong, Guro-gu, Seoul, and move-in is scheduled for Oct. 2028.
