On the 19th, according to the sales industry, Ichon LE | EL recently finalized 722.9 million won per 3.3㎡ in the sale price review. The sale price for the 122㎡ exclusive, which will be offered for general sale, is 3.236 billion won.
Ichon Hyundai is an apartment completed in 1974 and originally had 653 households in nine buildings. After remodeling, it will consist of three basement levels to up to 27 above-ground floors, nine buildings, and 750 households. Eighty-eight households (exclusive 100–122㎡) are subject to general sale.
Meanwhile, in Ichon-dong, four complexes, including Ichon LE | EL, Ichon Kolon, Ichon Gangchon, and Ichon Hangaram, are pushing ahead with remodeling.
A 124㎡ exclusive at "Raemian Chelitus" nearby changed hands for 5.83 billion won in Jul. last year. Compared with the sale price for the 122㎡ exclusive at Ichon LE | EL, it is 2.6 billion won higher.
