Kumho E&C will sell Wangsuk Athera, a public-sale apartment with private participation, in Wangsuk 2 District in Namyangju, Gyeonggi, next month.
As the first complex to proceed with the main subscription in the third new town's Namyangju Wangsuk 2 District, it logged a high competition rate of up to 53.4 to 1 (exclusive 84㎡ type) during the advance subscription.
Wangsuk Athera will rise on Block A-1 in Wangsuk 2 District, Namyangju, Gyeonggi, comprising seven buildings from two underground floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 812 households of exclusive areas 59, 74 and 84㎡. Wangsuk 2 District is planned as a new town across Ilpae-dong and Ipae-dong in Namyangju, Gyeonggi, accommodating about 16,000 dwellings and a population of about 40,000. It is about 5 km from Seoul and is also close to several large-scale urban development areas such as Wangsuk 1 District, Dasan New Town and the Yangjeong station area.
The transportation infrastructure is excellent. Within a 1 km radius of Wangsuk Athera, the tentatively named 946 Station is slated to open, where the extended Line 9 and the Gyeongui-Jungang Line are planned to run. By taking Line 9 just one stop to Wangsuk 1 District, residents will be able to transfer to the GTX-B line (planned), offering strong accessibility to Seoul. To reduce inconvenience in the early move-in period, metropolitan buses and circular buses will be operated early.
Wangsuk Athera applies specialized designs such as a south-facing layout and a four-bay plan (except for the 59㎡ B type), and an alpha room (except for the 59㎡ A and B types). It offers easy daylighting and ventilation and a broad sense of openness. Storage spaces such as a dressing room and pantry are provided throughout the home to maximize space utilization.
