GS Engineering & Construction secured the construction contract for the Songpa Hanyang 2nd reconstruction project in Songpa-gu, Seoul, valued at 685.6 billion won.
According to the maintenance industry on the 1st, the Songpa Hanyang 2nd reconstruction association held a general meeting to select the builder on the 31st and chose GS Engineering & Construction as the builder.
Completed in 1984, the Songpa Hanyang 2nd apartment complex consists of 10 buildings with 744 households at 151 Songpa-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul. Through the reconstruction project, it is planned to be built into 12 buildings with a total of 1,368 households, from four floors underground to 29 floors above ground.
GS Engineering & Construction proposed "Songpa Central Xi" as the complex name. The complex is close to Songpa Station on Subway Line 8, Songpanaru Station on Line 9, and Seokchon Station on Lines 8 and 9, and it is also near the Bangi-dong private education district.
