Korea Overseas Infrastructure & Urban Development Corporation (KIND) said on Jan. 30 that it will hire new employees in 2026. This recruitment will select a total of 24 people, including regular positions, contract positions, and youth interns.
KIND is a public institution under the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and a specialized overseas investment and development agency established to support investment and development projects in overseas infrastructure and urban development by domestic corporations.
The recruitment fields are: ▲ one experienced finance (certified public accountant) ▲ three experienced business development (infrastructure, plant, urban development) ▲ three experienced finance and risk ▲ two entry-level general ▲ one entry-level IT ▲ one entry-level veterans' quota ▲ one professional contract for urban consulting ▲ one parental-leave replacement for secretary ▲ one parental-leave replacement for information security ▲ 10 youth interns.
The hiring will be conducted in a blind manner, excluding unreasonable discrimination factors such as age, gender, education, marital status, family relationships, physical conditions, and region of origin, and focusing on job competency. In particular, this recruitment will introduce AI interviews for experienced positions to strengthen fairness through objective criteria.
KIND will also apply a preferential policy for social equity hiring to expand employment opportunities for socially vulnerable groups. In addition to newly establishing a bonus point item for women with career experience to promote women's economic participation and prevent career breaks, eligible persons for employment support (veterans), registered persons with disabilities, low-income households, multicultural families, and young people preparing for self-reliance can receive preferential points.
