Daewoo Engineering & Construction, which is preparing to bid for Seongsu Strategic Maintenance Zone District 4 (hereafter Seongsu 4 District), said on the 27th that it will pursue a collaboration with the space branding specialist GlowSeoul.
GlowSeoul is a specialist corporations that has carried out numerous commercial and cultural space interior projects in major commercial districts such as Seongsu, Ikseon-dong and Euljiro, including the Starfield Suwon Byeolmadang Library.
A Daewoo Engineering & Construction official said, "Through this collaboration, our goal is to raise the completeness of unit interiors in Seongsu 4 District and create interior spaces that differentiate residents' everyday experiences."
In the Seongsu 4 District redevelopment project, GlowSeoul will take part across the unit interior scope and present designs that reinterpret the industrial and cultural context of Seongsu in a contemporary way. Through this, the plan is to secure a level of refinement befitting a high-end space while also creating a differentiated spatial atmosphere.
