Ssangyong E&C said on the 26th that it won the approximately $250 million (about 370 billion won) Avenue Park Towers project, ordered recently by Dubai's state-owned real estate developer (WASL).
The project to build two high-end residence towers (43 stories above ground and 37 stories above ground) is located in a key downtown development area of Dubai, 10 minutes from Dubai International Airport.
A Ssangyong E&C official said, "Before winning the Avenue Park Towers project, we successfully completed the Hyatt Centric Hotel and One Residence projects from the same client in 2022, maintaining strong trust with the client, and on that basis we were able to win this project."
Ssangyong E&C has won a series of projects in Dubai since 2023, including Immersive Tower, Kipaf Development, and Creek Waters. It is currently carrying out six projects in Dubai totaling 1.3 trillion won. Previously, Ssangyong E&C successfully completed 12 landmark high-end building projects representing Dubai, including Atlantis The Royal Hotel.
