According to the Korea Real Estate Board (REB) subscription home portal on the 21st, the first-priority subscription for DE'FINE Yeonhui held the previous day drew 6,655 applicants for 151 dwellings, recording an average competition rate of 44.1 to 1. All dwelling sizes closed in first priority.
DE'FINE Yeonhui is an apartment complex of 13 buildings with 4 basement levels to 29 above-ground floors, totaling 959 households, to be built at 533-5 Yeonhui-dong, Seodaemun District. It is also the first Seoul apartment to feature SK ecoplant's high-end brand.
By dwelling size, the 59㎡ type A had the highest competition rate at 66.2 to 1. There were 2,977 applications for 45 dwellings.
It was followed by 84㎡ type A (55.6 to 1), 59㎡ type B (44.9 to 1), 84㎡ type B (35.7 to 1), 115㎡ type B (34.0 to 1), and 74㎡ type C (33.0 to 1).
The selling prices by exclusive area for DE'FINE Yeonhui (based on the maximum price) are as follows: ▲59㎡ 1.2001 billion–1.243 billion won ▲74㎡ 1.263 billion–1.331 billion won ▲75㎡ 1.29 billion–1.379 billion won ▲84㎡ 1.397 billion–1.565 billion won ▲115㎡ 2.359 billion won.
Winners for DE'FINE Yeonhui will be announced on the 28th of this month. The firm contract period will run Feb. 8–10.
