The first "Raemian" complex in Gangseo District, Seoul, will begin sales next month. Samsung C&T's construction division said on the 20th that it will offer "Raemian Ellabine" in Banghwa-dong, Gangseo District, in February. Rebuilt from the Banghwa 6 district, it will comprise 10 buildings with 557 households from three floors underground to 16 floors above ground, with 276 units for general sale (exclusive area 44–115㎡).
The complex is close to Sinbanghwa Station and Gonghang Market Station on Subway Line 9 and Songjeong Station on Line 5. It takes about 20 minutes to Yeouido Station and about 30 minutes to Sinnonhyeon Station.
Magok business district is one stop away and is a research and development (R&D) convergence complex that brings together more than 200 corporations, including LG Science Park, Lotte, Kolon, Nexen, and S-Oil. Last year, LG AI Research Institute, Korean Air Lines, Air Zeta, E-Land Group, and DL Group also moved in, and about 40,000 people work there. Gimpo Airport is to the west of the complex.
Within a 1-kilometer radius of the complex are elementary and middle schools such as Songjeong Elementary School, Gonghang Middle School, Magok Middle School, and Banghwa Middle School, as well as high schools including Gonghang High School and Seoul Baekyeong High School. The academy clusters around Sinbanghwa Station and Balsan Station are also accessible.
The complex will feature community facilities such as a golf practice range, library, and sauna, and will also build a large duplex sky community. Starting on the 22nd, sales briefings will be held at One Grove near Magok Station. Visitors can register on the Raemian website.
