DL E&C said on the 19th it will begin sales of the e-Pyeonhansesang Beonyeong-ro Leaders Fore residential officetel to be built at 828-29, Ya-eum-dong, Nam-gu, Ulsan. The complex will have two buildings with five basement levels and up to 37 above-ground floors. The previously supplied apartment units (192 households) sold out 100%.
The officetel unveiled this time offers a single 84-square-meter exclusive-use type, with a total of 62 units. It is the first branded residential officetel supplied in Yaeum New Town.
Anyone 19 or older can apply without a subscription savings account, and even after winning, the applicant can maintain eligibility as a non-homeowner when applying for an apartment in the future. Classified as a quasi-dwelling, the loan-to-value (LTV) ratio for a mortgage loan is applied up to about 70%, and there is no requirement to submit a funding plan.
Along with this, DL E&C reduced buyers' initial funding burden by offering benefits such as a 5% down payment, interest-free interim payments, and contract support funds. The fact that resale is possible immediately after signing the contract is also drawing interest.
A sales official said, "e-Pyeonhansesang Beonyeong-ro Leaders Fore is a residential officetel with a scarce mid- to large-size floor plan in Nam-gu, Ulsan, and inquiries from prospective end-users have been steady," adding, "With brand value, location, and product appeal, it is expected to be competitive as an alternative to apartments."
e-Pyeonhansesang Beonyeong-ro Leaders Fore will open the dwellings exhibition hall on the 23rd and take applications for two days from Jan. 28 to 29. Winners will be announced on Feb. 3, followed by contract signing from the 5th to the 6th. The dwellings exhibition hall is located at 222, Samsan-ro, Nam-gu, Ulsan.
