Daewoo E&C said on the 19th that it was selected as the Sigongsa for the Sajik District 4 redevelopment maintenance project in Sajik-dong, Dongnae-gu, Busan.
The Sajik District 4 redevelopment maintenance project is a plan to build 11 buildings with 4 basement floors to 39 above-ground floors, 1,730 households of multifamily housing, and ancillary welfare facilities, with construction costs totaling 792.3 billion won.
Daewoo E&C proposed the complex name "Prugio Graniel (PRUGIO GRANIEL)" for Sajik District 4. A Daewoo E&C official said, "It is a name that combines 'Grand,' meaning a great residential masterpiece representing Sajik, and the French word for sky, 'Ciel,'" adding, "It reflects Daewoo E&C's commitment to establishing the best residential landmark in the heart of Sajik."
Daewoo E&C collaborated with the global design firm "Arcadis (ARCADIS)" to create two top-floor sky communities and a roughly 1,900-pyeong "Triple Sunken Park." It also plans to introduce community facilities such as a multipurpose gymnasium, fitness club, GX/pilates room, sauna, study room, and senior club within a 3.7-pyeong-per-household community.
