SK ecoplant said on the 15th it will open the "DE'FINE Yeonhui" model home on the 16th in Yeonhui-dong, Seodaemun District, Seoul. DE'FINE Yeonhui is the first complex in Seoul supplied under SK ecoplant's high-end residential brand "DE'FINE."
DE'FINE Yeonhui will consist of 13 buildings with 959 units from four basement levels to 29 floors above ground, of which 332 will be offered for general sale. Units available by exclusive area are ▲59㎡ 172 units ▲74㎡ 24 units ▲75㎡ 23 units ▲84㎡ 112 units ▲115㎡PB 1 unit.
Based on the highest price for each exclusive area, prices are ▲59㎡ 1.2001 billion won ▲74㎡ 1.33 billion won ▲75㎡ 1.379 billion won ▲84㎡ 1.565 billion won ▲115㎡ 2.359 billion won. Move-in is scheduled for 2029.
Applications open with special supply on Jan. 19, followed by first-priority for eligible local residents on the 20th and first-priority for other areas on the 21st. Winners will be announced on the 28th, and contracting will run for three days from Feb. 8 to 10.
Only heads of households with no home or with one home who have maintained a subscription savings account for at least two years and deposited at least the required amount by region may apply for first-priority. No member of the household, including the head of household, may have won any housing subscription in the past five years. Those who have continuously lived in Seoul for at least two years may apply as first-priority for the eligible local area, while those who have lived in Seoul for less than two years and residents of the Seoul metropolitan area must apply as first-priority for other areas.
A sales official said, "DE'FINE Yeonhui is a symbolic complex where Yeonhui-dong, one of Seoul's representative residential areas, meets the philosophy of a high-end residential brand," adding, "It will establish itself as a landmark representing the area."
