Lotte E&C said on the 9th that Daejeon Lotte Castle The First, supplied in Gaeo-dong, Dong-gu, Daejeon, has sold out with 100% of contracts signed.
Daejeon Lotte Castle The First is the first Lotte Castle brand apartment introduced in Daejeon. It will be built at 394 Gaeo-dong, Dong-gu, Daejeon, with 10 buildings from two basement levels to a maximum of 33 floors above ground, exclusive areas of 59–74 square meters, and a total of 952 households. Move-in is scheduled for Nov. 2027.
Lotte E&C applied high-end design and community facilities befitting the brand premium to this complex. A sky lounge and a sky guest house have been introduced in Daejeon for the first time. Various community facilities for residents' convenience will also be provided, including an indoor golf club, a GX room, a book café, a study room, and a coin laundry. Inside the units, the complex is mainly oriented to the south and uses a 4-bay flat-plate layout to maximize daylight and ventilation.
In terms of location, it is adjacent to the Daejeoncheon Citizen Suspension Park, offering a pleasant environment, and some units can enjoy panoramic views of Daejeoncheon, Bomunsan, and Sikjangsan.
