Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) said on the 9th that it will enhance convenience for public rental housing subscription services by linking LH Subscription Plus with KB Real Estate.
LH Subscription Plus is a subscription system provided by LH, a platform that allows users via mobile and web to do everything from checking various real-time subscription information for public housing, land, and commercial spaces to applying for subscriptions and viewing results.
LH has been pursuing channel diversification so that public rental housing subscription services, previously available only on LH Subscription Plus, can also be used through private platforms.
In July last year, after opening the public sale housing subscription service through KB Real Estate, LH spent six months linking platforms to expand the scope to public rental housing. Through this, subscription-related services for public sale and rental housing supplied by LH can now also be used via the KB Real Estate platform.
Kim Jae-gyeong, head of LH's Management Division, said, "Now that LH's subscription services for not only public sale housing but also public rental housing can be used through the KB Real Estate platform, we expect accessibility to subscription information to improve further," adding, "Starting with this linkage, we will work to enhance public convenience through collaboration with various private entities."
