Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) said on the 31st it will issue a notice to recruit tenants for the public sale housing at Incheon Yeongjong A24 block in the Wonnam-dong area of Yeongjong Sky City.
Incheon Yeongjong A24 block has a total of 641 units, with 365 units offered for general sale excluding 276 pre-subscription units. If winners of the pre-subscription give up applying for the main subscription due to reasons such as failing to meet eligibility for the main subscription application (members of a homeless household), the number of units for general sale will increase.
A total of 180 units with an exclusive area of 74 square meters and 461 units of 84 square meters will be supplied, with move-in slated for Dec. 2028. The sale price will be offered at an average level in the 400 million won range, reasonable compared with market prices. The resale restriction is three years, but there is no obligation to reside.
Applications will be accepted starting Jan. 19, 2026, in the order of pre-subscription winners and main subscription (general subscription) applicants, with winners to be announced Feb. 5, 2026, and contracts to be signed in April 2026.
The model home is located at the LH Yeongjong Housing Exhibition Hall (643 Bongsudae-ro, Seo-gu, Incheon), and floor plans and interiors can also be viewed on the sales website. The exhibition hall features a district location map and a complex scale model, and two types (74B, 84A) of model homes are prepared, which will be unveiled first to pre-subscription winners starting Jan. 9.
