Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) said on the 30th it will supply a total of 1,291 households in the Namyangju Jinjeop 2, Guri Galmae Station area, and Gimpo Gochon 2 districts.
LH on the day opened applications for a total of 468 households in the Namyangju Jinjeop 2 district, including 260 households of public sale (B1 block) and 208 households of Newlywed Hope Town (A3 block).
LH the previous day also opened applications for 561 households in Guri Galmae Station area A4 block (251 public sale households and 310 public rental units with conversion to sale after six years) and 262 public sale households in Gimpo Gochon 2 (A1 block).
Sale prices for all three complexes are offered at reasonable levels compared with nearby market prices. For Namyangju Jinjeop 2 B1 block (public sale), the average price is in the mid-480 million won range for the 74 type and in the mid-550 million won range for the 84 type, while for A3 block (Newlywed Hope Town) the 55 type averages in the mid-380 million won range. With the price cap system applied, a three-year resale restriction applies.
For Gimpo Gochon 2 A1 block, the 59 type averages in the mid-450 million won range and the 74 type in the mid-560 million won range. With the price cap system applied, a three-year resale restriction applies.
For Guri Galmae Station area A4 block, the average for the 59 type is in the 500 million won range based on public sale, and with the price cap system applied, both resale restrictions and a residency obligation of three years apply.
Subscription applications will be accepted in stages starting Jan. 12. For Namyangju Jinjeop 2 B1 and A3 blocks and Guri Galmae Station area A4 block, the process will begin with those who won the advance subscription. For Gimpo Gochon 2 A1 block, the process will begin with special supply. Winners are scheduled to be announced in late January.
The locations are also favorable. The Namyangju Jinjeop 2 district is adjacent to the Wangsuk district, allowing it to share a wide range of living and transportation infrastructure. The extension of subway Lines 4 and 9 (provisional name Pungyang Station) is planned, giving it a "double station area" advantage. Large-scale transport networks such as the Metropolitan Express Railway (GTX) Line B are also planned, which is expected to significantly improve access to Seoul and the greater metropolitan area.
The Guri Galmae Station area district is close to Galmae Station (Gyeongchun Line) and Byeollae Station (Subway Line 8 and Gyeongchun Line, with GTX-B to open), offering excellent public transit access, and it is also near the ramps to the Capital Area First Ring Expressway and the Sejong–Pocheon Expressway, enabling quick travel to major downtown areas via the regional transport network. In particular, A4 block is an ultra station-front location about a five-minute walk to Galmae Station on the Gyeongchun Line, offering excellent access to public transit.
In addition, Gimpo Gochon A1 block is adjacent to Gochon Station (Gimpo Gold Line), allowing travel to Gimpo Airport Station in just one stop. This provides convenient commuting to major business districts in western Seoul via Subway Lines 5 and 9, Airport Railroad, Gimpo Gold Line, and the Seohae Line, and also offers excellent access to regional transport networks such as Gimpo Hangang-ro and the Capital Area First Ring Expressway.
LH will operate block-specific dwellings exhibition halls to provide prospective buyers with sales information and consultations. The dwellings exhibition hall for Namyangju Jinjeop 2 is located at 816-1, Byeollae-dong. It will be open first to advance subscription winners starting Dec. 31, then open to the general public from Jan. 4 to Jan. 11 next year.
The dwellings exhibition hall for the Guri Galmae Station area is located at 266-9, Inchang-dong, and will be open first to advance subscription winners starting Dec. 30, then open to the general public from Jan. 4 next year. The dwellings exhibition hall will be closed on Jan. 1 next year.
The dwellings exhibition hall for Gimpo Gochon 2 is located at 1482, Wadong-dong, Paju-si, and will be open for viewing starting Jan. 2 next year.
