The home platform Homeniq of Samsung C&T's construction division (Samsung C&T) is speeding up the expansion of residential services through memorandums of understanding (MOUs) with major parking control specialist companies.
Samsung C&T said on the 29th that it signed MOUs on the 26th with three parking control specialist companies: Amano Korea, Daeyoung IoT, and Darae Parktech.
In apartment complexes where these corporations' parking control systems are applied, a parking management environment based on the Homeniq app will be provided. Going forward, residents of these apartments can use Homeniq to register visitor vehicles, manage parking, and report illegal parking, while management offices can use the service free to oversee the use of the complex's parking lots.
Samsung C&T's home platform Homeniq will expand beyond parking control services to improve residential life services for residents. Because life-care services such as apartment care and community gatherings offered by Homeniq can be used together, residents' daily lives are expected to become more convenient.
Integration has already been completed with parking control specialist companies i-Parking and Nextparking. Residents of Gwonsun 5 Sangnok Apartment, Godeok Lien Park Complex 2, Raemian Indeogwon The Point, and Dongtan 2 Sindong Fore are using Homeniq's parking control services. The service is expected to expand to more complexes, including Wirye Raemian e-Pyeonhansesang.
Currently, Homeniq is expanding its application not only to Raemian but also to other branded apartments (SK ecoplant, Hanwha, Doosan Engineering & Construction Co., HS HWASUNG, WOOMI Construction Co., Hoban Construction, and others). By leveraging the advantages of an open platform, it plans to introduce the service not only to newly built complexes but also to existing ones, expand the platform ecosystem, and work to maximize the residential value for more customers.
