DL E&C said on the 24th that it plans to sell e-Pyeonhansesang Centum Highvenue, to be created through the reconstruction project of Jaesong District 2 in the area of 1030 Jaesong-dong, Haeundae-gu, Busan.
The complex will consist of eight buildings with six basement levels to 34 aboveground floors, totaling 924 units with exclusive areas of 59–84 square meters. Of these, 166 units of the 59-square-meter A type will be offered for general sale.
The complex is close to Centum City, making it easy to use Centum City's living infrastructure such as Shinsegae Department Store and Lotte Department Store, the Busan Exhibition & Convention Center (BEXCO), and CGV. The exhibition hall for e-Pyeonhansesang Centum Highvenue dwellings will be set up around 8 Sinam-ro, Busanjin-gu, Busan (near Beomil Station on Busan Metro Line 1).
